Like we didn't have enough going on already, igNew has just recently started working with a new client, The Tellennium Group. The Tellennium Group is a 10 year old company that uses technology to proactively help their clients with the continuous management of their telecom processes and expenses.  Much like igNew, they are great at what they do and on the verge of significant growth.  We will be assisting them with some new development efforts and both parties are looking forward to a long and working relationship.  Welcome aboard The Tellennium Group.

igNew is making headlines...indirectly!

by Dan Murphy July 15, 2009 15:48 - commentComments (0)

One of our latest projects was recently mentioned in a press release that described the newly added features of an existing application that our client, First American, provides.  igNew has provided First American with a cost-effective and seamless alternative to overloading their internal development team.  They have been experiencing a large amount of growth in our weakened economy and sought the help from a Louisville based custom application development company that could provide supplemental development assistance with complex projects.  According to First American, we were selected because of specific focus on custom software development and our level of software development expertise.

Below is the mention of our development efforts:

"First American said it has also added a private-label borrower Web portal to give lenders additional loss mitigation capacity and provide borrowers with new options to work through appropriate loan modification or loss mitigation scenarios. The new online tool allows borrowers to respond to direct-mail and call campaigns without potentially uncomfortable or “embarrassing” conversations with live representatives. Instead, borrowers who are directed to the portal can answer questions about their financial situation, upload necessary documents and receive loan modification information and offers. The portal gives servicers an additional, automated channel they can use to communicate with borrowers, gather information and deliver outbound offers at any time of the day or night."
